Now let’s continue the story. The mofo picks his dumb ass up off the ground, trades info with the driver, etc. Everybody else that witnessed the incident sees this and assumes that all is cool. 2 or 3 weeks later, the owner of the car gets a notice that he is being sued by the bike rider. All the wits left the scene.....Local knowledge. I was driving my van down the 605 freeway, when some asshat attempted to pass me at about 100 mph, with his girlfriend on the back. He barely clipped the corner of my van... girlfriend died. Later, her family claimed, I was attempting an unsafe lane change. They filed suit against me, for about a zillion $. I was very lucky, someone (and only one) witness, stopped long enough that I could cell phone photo his license plate. Otherwise, it would have been my word against the dead girls family and her retarded boyfriend. Incidently, they choose not to sue him.

He’s the one going down cuz i’m sure his license plate showed up on the vid. the car didn’t swerve to hit the bike dumbasses, he just wanted to pass the car in front of him. If the bike is going way over the speed limit, there is no way for a driver to judge that in a rearview mirror.
