See this is real news, but in the States FOX News doesn't belive in showing stuff like this,unless it's edited..
I'm sure he's saying " hey you dumbasses out there, this is what happens when you drink and drive like an idiot! We will broadcast your stupidity through the country and post it on the internet to show people what happens"
