Lucky those weren't African Americans.
Yeah, the cop deserve a medal. But because of the Human Hights in Brazil, he will get fucked.
"The bandits were defenseless there, they didn't point their gun at the cop" or some shit like that. Happened so many times before.
That cop probably got a promotion for doing the right thing. In the US he'd be in prison for 10 years and have to pay restitution to the victims family.
