LOS ANGELES, CA: A stalled car in the middle of the 110 freeway causes a large series of accidents. Two people were hospitalized.
If they would watch where they are going rather than their phones this wouldn't happen so much.
Who knew you could drive a car in LA without having to do driver training or a test. ?
