The suspect, later identified as Elliot Lewis, decided that he has had it with police officers standing between him and innocent people, so he chose to try to attack officers. As you'll see, it didn't go the way he thought it would in his head, he realized that he's nothing more than a coward and stood no chance against those officers. I take issue with federal agencies, with the ATF being the worst because they'd never go after someone who's actually dangerous, only innocent people who they know won't shoot at them. Local officers are doing the opposite, they're stopping these attacks and saving lives every single day while putting their own at tremendous risk. That's why I support the police force but shake my head at most federal agencies who sit around doing nothing yet are so quick to tell us what great people they are. Officers do real work every day and never ask for, nor expect a "thank you" from anyone, I have thanked officers for what they do for this very reason. Show more
