It’s too bad that wasn’t a Legally Sanctioned gang member of the police force.
Not a gunshot wound. That is from a high speed impact of an open end of a metal pipe. A.K.A. "cookie cutter" type wound.
This man was shot in the head by the concrete it smashed into.
