Sorry man, I may have got you a bit wrong there. I don't have anything against squaddies either, at least they put themselves at the sharp end. But this thing about America being "important in the world?" That's something America chose to be for its own profit and no other reason. When there isn't any money to be made out of us we can go and fuck ourselves...apart maybe from the Somalia incident which seemed genuinely altruistic and humanitarian, and only became a fuckup cos the US did its usual 'bomb the country enough and everything will be solved' tactic. How about this: take all our so-called leaders to Baghdad and raffle them to raise money for the rebuild? We could get the electric on all day for what Blair'd fetch.....
