Clearly a low life, dirt bag, closet trans woman.

This guy is the WORST from the moment the officer made visual contact to the moment the officers directly in front of the suspect takes & I kid you not, point SIX SECONDS, there isn't even any clear reason why the suspect fell running 50 ft. What a vagina!
