If that was done in Arizona and they got caught they would get indecent exposure and if some one under 16 saw them they would be a sex offender just like a guy flashing a young person . Big trouble. In Arizona if you got caught pissing in public you were charged with a sex crime and labeled a sex offender. They did change the law. What is the law where you are? Be careful!
