Why would you even pull over if your going to try and open fire on a police officer? That's just stupid, don't even bother pulling over.

At first look (pun intended) it seem to me as if the person killed self with one of their own last bullets... anyhowway that's how i saw it come down by observing the car kind of rock a bit with the last shot..
