yeah the car battery is only 12 volts, but it pushes tons of amperage, and that's what takes you out, the amperage. He needs to put it from his shoulder to his foot so the amperage will push harder and that will take him out. If anybody knows about electronics, the car battery is the strangest.
I got a better idea. Strip the insulation off about 6-8 ft. of charged 440 volt industrial cable. While holding the stripped cable between his hands, skip rope over a metal floor, barefoot. He better be good.
