looks to me like the truck was about to take the exit but then decided to pull back ono the highway and as he was merging back on he didnt realize that the cop stoped someone right there and well you know the rest... i hope the driver was ok...
that is so fucked up, the truck driver tried to hit that car you can tell... probably some trucker who has been up 7days on meth with roadrage got pissed off.... he'll get what is coming to him one day!!!!!
