At the point the criminal started to move again, and the cops said he was short in chest, I’d give the slimeball ONE chance to put dwn his weapon. If he doesn’t comply, empty the rest of that clip in rapid succession, then render aid to the coo. Cuz by the time another officer comes on the scene, the chest wound coo was nonverbal. That is a dire situation then. But she thinks it’s more important to keep saying, drop the gun to the criminal who shot on the ground. That lady needs an occupation where her decisions should be to ask “paper or plastic.”
