Ok. That's not a security guard. He most definitely should have had the gun! The only thing he is missing is the thief and training. Fyi police who target practice all year have a hard time placing shots in the adrenaline rush.

I can see missing the second shot after the recoil, but that first shot missed by three feet from about eight feet away. That dude shoots like a Russian conscript!
