Did you know there are different kinds of plungers ?
Looks like the white SUV was overtaking to me so was rightfully in the fast lane and probably doing the speed limit. Asshole behind who thinks speed limits don't apply to him got impatient and caused a serious accident which could have killed. Why not just drop back a bit and wait for a safe time to overtake? Some people lose all sense when on the road!
