terrible accident

What i don't understand is, why do brazillian people film the victims while asking for help. He's literally telling whoever is watching the video to call the hospital and send an ambulance.

I don't live in a bubble, but I choose my hobbies carefully. More so each year. You have to ask yourself if the entertainment value is worth the risk.
