As usual youmorons description is BS propaganda. Ammunition would cause multiple secondary explosions, but this reminds more about the Tianjin explosion, caused by a massive storage of something.
In this case it was a massive stockpile of rocket fuel from SS-24 missiles, that were decommissioned in the 1990s, to be scraped in a chemical plant in Pavlograd . Locals complained for years that they were sitting on a time bomb. Here's a video about the facilities: https://youtu.be/npdJJXYjFaw
