This is called "symbolism". They sent out 1 tank to highlight that the military is currently in battle.Showing the 1 tank creates the sense of the military being "not here".
Only low IQ people don't understand this is simple symbolism. I understand hating Russia and wanting them to look bad. But this is just symbolical of the military being in battle.
