He said he was the weapon!! Shoot him!
And he's not even black.
Looked like the car was his home, or at least his toilet. Must have been drunk as a skunk and with mental health issues, no doubt.
He'd probably been alive today if the cop hadn't jumped on him and shot him. From the snapshot, it doesn't seem justified at all.
