Looks like how the bicyclists in California behave with the automobiles. You know, the car drivers paying registration for the privelage of driving on the roads and paying the gas taxes that maintain the roads the bicyclists get to pretend that they own. Lets start a street bicycle registration fee program. That will fix the roads moar better.
