Are in a hurry I guess. Can't wait until the person is scooped up from under their car. It's pricks like that which make the road a pain in the ass to navigate.
To be fair to the guy in the car, think he was going to get out to check on the guy on the road. Couldn't open his door so drove forward, over the leg :)
Nice of them to open the door and look down to see if he's dead before they drive on, lol.
