A dude on a bike with no time to spare.
The biker bears the blame as no one forced him to overtake, he just thought he was clever...
Stupid place to overtake, stupid speed by the biker, stupid manouver by the car driver.
Bikers... Think they are the only ones on the road, until they aren't..
The bike was going way too fast. Fully deserved. The car driver is an idiot too for doing a manouver like that.
