It's about time that SOMEONE pointed out that black students are keeping schools from maintaining a high enough standard that it's costing them funding. It's a proven FACT that most black students are just plain stupider than most white students. It's a fact. If you can't pronounce a word properly, and most black students can't, you're not going to be able to sound out and spell them! Once again, it's a fact. Most blacks also have an inherited lower than average IQ. FACT! And the problem with this same group of poor performing black students starts AT HOME. Their parents are practically stupid, and therefore not able to help their children in any way shape or form to better themselves. FACTS, ALL FACTS!
