Although it doesn't say explicitly, it's safe to assume that the murderers are Junta loyalists as it would make no sense for Anti-Junta forces to do this to her as she made it very clear that she stands with them, and went to prison for doing so. She's one of 12 teachers that have been killed, and 200 arrested for expressing views that the military dictatorship classified as "unacceptable".
