It’s pretty obvious why these keystone cops shoot everyone when one piss weak excuse for a man can’t even handle an old women!
Like a lot of people, she assumed signing the ticket would be an admission of guilt. Any decent cop would have pointed out that it's just an acknowledgment of getting the ticket and not an admission of guilt.
This cop seemed to want it to go this way.
