The cop was an undercover and his car was parked for hours in that spot the man’s father said “my son thought it was a dumped car” the man died later in the hospital.
He thought it was a dumped car so he ran up to it wearing a black mask and opened the door without seeing a cop sat in it? Fucking idiot.
