That's the Czech Republic... ergo, Russians but not quite.
An ambulance flipped on its side in Brno on Tuesday morning after a collision with a van, with two paramedics suffering minor injuries. Police are investigating the accident. The accident was caught on the dashboard camera of a parked car. ( btw Brno is a city in the Czech Republic)
