In America, that would be considered murder. The man was down, compliant, and the "victim" shot him to death anyway. He'd be going away for murder here in the states, and rightly so. 2 wrongs don't make a right. IDGAF if you think differently. The law doesn't agree with you, and neither do I.

This guy should be given an award because he risked his life and got rid of two criminals!!!
At least 100,000 reals for him!!!
