This time, fireworks are the culprit. I am pretty sure the instructions say place on flat surface, light, and get away for a really good reason!

The directions say to hold over your head, on top of a building, with a large crowd around you. It is very clear he was doing a demonstration of the proper way to set of said fireworks.
