If you see the chink on the floor he instigated the kick to the head because he kicked the other in the head first from the ground, i felt you could even see the other stop & think pause thinking kick me cunt bang, head stomp.
It was a good one as the head was raised from the ground thus more head bounce factor great. thus more of a brain bouncer.
