What a piece of shit and a waste of Narcan.

Get rid of Narcan. The homeless problem, the drug addict problem, and A WHOLE LOT of thefts/robberies/muggings will disappear over-night! Stop enabling these druggies and criminals. Just let those criminals die from their own stupidity, instead of allowing them to walk the streets again and risk them hurting/killing innocent people.

Looks like the folk commenting, have already said what the rest of us are thinking.

So 150 years ago, there was a chance to send them back, mistakes were made, opportunities were lost.
