Some fatass vomiting his guts out

This is an old video, well at least 2 years old perhaps 4, dont remember.

Guessing gunshot wound (there’s cops in the background who are giving zero fucks) that compromised his Aorta and Esophagus.

Heart’s still pumping like a fire hose, reflex action is vomiting the blood, dead within a minute.

I think the guy spit out a piece of something that he was holding in his mouth to stop the bleeding of a serious face wound. Or he puked out a ball or two
