THE DOGS ARE FINE, THANK GOD!! This incident occurred in Maltepe, Istanbul, in an aluminum workshop located in the Cevizli neighborhood. On December 9, 2023, a worker in the atelier, attempted to use thinner to ignite a stove for heating. Initially, he poured a portion of the thinner from a can to start the fire. When the flames started to die down he attempted to pour more thinner. This action resulted in a sudden explosion, engulfing him in flames. In a desperate effort to escape the fire, ran around the workshop and eventually threw himself to the ground. His colleagues attempted to help him as the fire raged. Emergency services, including health and police teams, were dispatched to the scene upon notification, he was severely injured in the explosion and was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
