Nicholas Smith, 26 and Andrew Jones, 36 have been charged with attempting to cause grievous bodily harm.
The victims Haroon Khan, 22, and Mohammed Khan, 19 didn’t sustain any lasting injuries from the bar stool.
We are investigating whether to treat this as a hate crime.
