Murder is to me a thing abhorrent an evil act to be greatly punished. I am not agreeing with his brutal act I find it reprehensible. but if you study the guy, his reaction to people, his body language, this man is not a born killer probably considered gentle and meek. This woman did some wicked shit to him , driving him to this mad state. Just a thought.
