No sure what he’s saying but looks like it’s about the rations.
So he is saying he has no sleeping bag, has no water, so has to chew on those pot noodles, little rations he's got, just pot noodles and a snickers bar
atleast the white powdered nose joker president could have shared some powder to the soldiers too..
