Not sure what going on here either (A) that's a dead Russian being stab in face by a Ukrainian man or (B)a dead Ukrainian getting stabbed by Russian man
Art. 34-2, Sec. 4-8 of the Geneva Convention says that you cannot poke dead enemies in the eye. True fact.
