Good try though
It's pretty easy to choke someone out after they've already been knocked out. They guy smashed his left eye into the pavement when she pulled him backwards. You can see his eye is fine before the take down and bloody afterwards. This is why he appears to not fight back.
You know it's Brazil when they start throwin that kinda shit at ya....
