The weight is not balanced, they should alternate their direction cause that's not safe at all. Just think how easy that truck could tip over if the driver took a corner a bit fast and the tires hit a fresh greasy spot of pulverized human remains and lost traction tumbled onto its side taking out a poor family riding a moped. If one of the horses stumbled over the carnage while jumping out and fell down. It could break a leg or something.
