Thermopolis, Wyoming April 28, 2023-Newly-released footage shows Sgt. Michael Mascorro gain entry illegally according to a district attorney, shooting dead 33-y.o. Buck Larramore, a McDonald's employee. Mascorro had questioned Laramore earlier that day on suspicion of drug use and showed up later at his home because Laramore allegedly gave him false info. The D.A. said Mascorro "felt that breaking into a person’s domicile was the best course of action for the misdemeanor of interference with a peace officer.” Mascorro survived and the D.A. said his shooting of Laramore was justified under self-defense laws.
