Bikes are supposed to follow the same laws as cars on the road that wasn't cool him pulling out front of that car like that
Lotta blame to go around on this one,
by laws were i live, the cyclist made an "aggressive driving behavior" and can be fined for this.
also, we dont have bike lanes
