First guy was riding the cameraman's tailgate and then slammed into him rear ending him, when the driver stepped out of his vehicle to collect insurance information the at fault driver pulled a gun and threatened him hoping to avoid the consequences of his actions. Instead he was charged with threatening with a deadly weapon and hit and run.
