They are not romanian,they are Albanians, i'm 100% sure, the time which is shown "ora" is in albanian. It happend in time of communism. Belive me in that time people were killed like chicken, and they were not just some people they were some of the best politicans. Smart people. but in that time who didn't listen the president were shot. It is actually very sad. Trust me you don't wana remind this to people in Albania. The man who raisd his hat, which he probably expresed his last word was "Liri populli" "freedom to citiziens~people~". Sorry for my english. Peace
