Cops called, told them all to leave, all left except him.

Trespassing.

Failure to follow commands.

Refusing to identify (didn't know he was 16)

Resisting arrest.

Striking an officer (first).

The police used subduing strikes, then TASED him.

Somehow, again, the police are to blame for this dumb shit.

HIs peers, who COMPLIED, left with no charges.

No father in sight. Mother is going for the ghetto lottery.
