Shouldn't have touched it. Now he'll get blamed.
At the grocery store they have this new thing where if you don't pass your cart through a checkout lane the wheels lock up when you hit the exit. I feel like this is the next step. He somehow got it out of the store but didn't pay so it just starts wheeling itself back inside.
