Clusterbombs are banned under the Geneva Convention. These are called DPICM - Dual Purpose Improved Conventional Munitions. Kind of like how a .50 cal machine gun can only be used against equipment, not against personnel. But equipment includes your helmet, uniform, rifle, water canteen.... It's just unfortunate if their body gets in the way.
When this is over, hot white Ukrainian/Russian whores will be a dime a dozen.
