He fled but, cyclists caught up to him at a gas station and forced him to return to crash site where he was shouting "I'm sorry" before police took him. The cyclists will be okay. Hylander was being held on a $36,000 bond and was charged with two counts of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle Causing Serious Bodily Injury, Accident Involving Injury and Driving While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Concentration Greater Than 0.15.
