What happened to the second cop after :30 ?

Intentionally wrestling with someone while holding a gun is a really bad idea. If he's obviously not going to stop resisting, either shoot him or holster the gun.

First: A gun that a police officer is not gonna use is merely hazardous ballast.

Second: If I was standing behind a criminal, laying on the ground, that an officer clearly is struggling with, my first impulse would not be to pull his t-shirt, but rather kick the fucker in the head with all my strength.

And then I'll probably go to jail because I confined an invaluable member of society to a wheelchair.
