A wide turn, maybe too wide.
Granted, the sidewalk is quite uneven, he looks like he has issues lifting his feet high enough, but at the end of the day, it's quite a wide sidewalk. People living in rural areas, or with country side mentality fall victims to this sort of accidents. They think they can share the road with cars.
