Hawaii Nail & Spa, 794 Grand Blvd, Deer Park (Long Island), NY June 28- Steven Schwally, 64, told police he drank 18 beers before crashing into the salon killing 4 and injuring 9 others. He said that he stopped drinking around 3-4 AM the morning before the crash, which happened around 4:30 PM. Schwally sped down a driveway leading from Kohl's parking lot, shot across Grand Blvd and into the salon parking lot.

Schwally is an unemployed, ex-marine who lives in hotels and is retired from UPS. He was arrested in 2013 for drunk driving when he hit a mailbox. Among those killed was an off-duty cop.
